Dynamic Web Designz (DWD) is the sole owner and exclusive operator of the information collected on www.dynamicwebdesignz.com.

DWD requests information from the user on a contact form. A user must provide contact information such as name, phone, e-mail address and all pertinent business information. The information collected is used to assess the needs of the clientele, review the content and/or layout of their web pages where applicable, and contact them regarding possible design projects. The e-mail addresses of those who communicate with DWD via e-mail are gathered only if they are volunteered by the consumer, such as via the contact form or through DWD's mailing list.

Like most standard Web site servers, DWD uses log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.
